These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the products by you. 


We are The Product Schools LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12433555, whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock, London, N1 7GU, and we advertise ourselves with our brand i-bient and/or on our websites (www.i-bient.com, www.i-bient.life, www.i-bient.club).


These are the terms on which we sell all products to you. By ordering any of the products, you agree to respect these Terms and Conditions. 


Personal information

We do not retain and use any personal information other than strictly stipulated under the Privacy Policy.

You can only purchase the products from this website and associated social media if you are eligible and are at least 18 years old.

The products
The description of the products is as set out on the website, catalogues, brochures or another form of advertisement.

Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the products supplied.
In the case of any products made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.


All products which appear on this website are subject to availability.
We can make changes to the products which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

The description of the products on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the products. When an order has been submitted through our third-party websites, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

The order will be confirmed in writing, usually by email provided by you as soon as this is registered, paid and approved by us. The order confirmation will include the product ordered, price and total amount, the address of delivery and any other condition necessary. You must ensure that the order confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you. By placing an order, you agree to the present terms and conditions as a "contract". 

Price and Payment
The price of the products and any additional delivery or other charges that are set out on the website at the date of the order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
Prices include taxes and charges, at the rate applicable at the time of the order. Prices are displayed and should be paid in British Pound only - GBP/£ and you have to make sure your local currency can be converted as such.
Your payment is securely processed through PayPal and the Wix and the payment details are stored by the provider, without access by The Product Schools Ltd. 
We will deliver the products, to the delivery location provided by you, within the promised time or, failing the agreement, but no later than 30 days since the order is submitted to.
In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the products on time, you may receive the money-back in full or asked to accept a later delivery time.

You agree we may deliver the products in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.

If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the products at the Delivery Location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way: If a dispute occurs customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 5 days.
