UK Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed manually within 3-5 days, depending on the quantity.
We process deliveries daily, including weekends.
During Bank holidays we are not open, and we do not perform deliveries.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you should expect some delays, but we’ll communicate them immediately and inform you about the estimated time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use mainly UK Royal Mail services now, at 1st class and standard rates.
*If any limitation of stock and/or delivery costs and/or delays may occur, we shall inform you immediately and inform you about our best estimate so we can honour your order as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel, please see the Cancellation section below.

To correctly and timely send your orders please provide a complete shipping address when completing your Order, and a contact phone number if possible.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is complete, we will estimate the dispatching time and confirm it by email.
When we are sending the package, we will send a shipment confirmation and the tracking number by email.
The Product Schools LTD and i-bient are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are shipping internationally within the European Union countries. The deliveries cost will be specific to each country's tariffs that will be shown at Checkout.
We are currently not shipping internationally outside the European Countries, but you can contact us and discuss a custom order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Product Schools LTD and i-bient are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You can cancel the order anytime until the dispatching confirmation.
If you changed your mind and want to return the goods you must inform us within 3 days from order submission by email at email@example.com.
We will send a return confirmation with the instructions if a physical return is required.
Approved returns will be fully reimbursed within 5 working days.
Currency Exchange Policy
The Product Schools LTD and i-bient will only receive payment in UK currency - the British Pound (GBP or £).
The payment gateway will redirect to your prefered payment form and you just have to select the currency GBP that would follow the current exchange rate from your bank.
